ATG Khidmat is a manufacturer and supplier of promotional items—bags, T-shirts, caps, umbrellas, canopies, and more—for companies and individual customers. We showcase our products and past work through categorized image galleries on this site. By accessing or using https://www.atgkhidmat.com (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use, register, or log in to this Site. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

All content on this Site—including images, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software—is the property of ATG Khidmat or its licensors. You may view and download extracts of the content for your personal, non-commercial use only. 3. User Accounts & Catalogue Downloads

3.1 OTP-Based Registration & Login

To download our catalogues (PDFs), you must register or log in using our OTP (One-Time Passcode) system. During registration/login, we collect your phone number or email—whichever you choose—to send you a one-time code. You agree to provide accurate and current information. We do not store passwords—only the phone number or email for future OTP generation. Your OTP is valid for a short period and expires immediately after use.

3.2 License to Download Catalogues

Once registered and successfully verified via OTP, you may download our catalogues for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not distribute, reproduce, modify, or publicly display the catalogues without our prior written permission. Any violation may result in termination of your access or legal action.

4. User-Generated Content & Contact Forms

When you submit content via our contact form (e.g., name, email, phone, message), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating the Site. Please do not include sensitive personal data (e.g., government ID numbers, passwords) in your messages. You are solely responsible for the content you provide.

5. Tracking & Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze site usage—visitor flow, pages viewed, and time spent. We do not store your raw IP address. Instead, we use geoip-lite on the backend to convert your anonymized IP into country, region, city, and latitude/longitude. We store only those location fields. You can choose to accept or decline analytics cookies via our Cookie Banner. Declining analytics prevents us from collecting anonymized usage metrics, but essential site functions (e.g., OTP login, catalogue downloads) will continue to work.

6. Prohibited Conduct

By using our Site, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Post or transmit any content that is fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall ATG Khidmat (or its officers, directors, employees, or agents) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will post the updated date at the top and display a notification banner on our homepage for at least 14 days. Your continued use of the Site after any change indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
